It would very hard to trust my vehicle repairs anywhere else! I love Silverlake Automotive! The staff is efficient , friendly and very knowledgable. They always take the time to explain everything, and give me the pros and cons of when I need to tackle extensive repairs.

Pleased with the service done on my car and the comprehensive inspection. And after questioning a charge on my invoice, Fred was very kind in providing an explanation for the charge and agreeing to refund it.

Incredibly helpful and understanding. During our family trip and on my wife's birthday our ignition coil gave out. Erich, helped us get what we needed to get back on the road. We are not done yet on finding the issue but they are dedicated and will keep hunting on my car's behalf. One of those annoying idiosyncrasies of foreign autos that haunt owner and repair shops alike. Certainly saves me the trip in to Spokane.
