I only go here! The customer service is always excellent, the pricing is fair, and I really appreciate their free car shuttle service so I have a ride home and back while my car is being worked on. The front desk team and manager are a stellar group of people 🙏🏼

Spoke with Ryan about issues with my daughter's car. He was able to get the car in same day to help me figure out what was going on. I appreciate the quick service and honesty about what she needed fixed and what could wait. I will be working with them in the future on our vehicles. Excellent customer service and great transparency as to what they found wrong with the vehicle and what charges are for. Jordan was the technician in charge of my car, and he was super friendly and communicative. They even called an Uber to get me back to work when they weren’t able to shuttle me themselves. Car repairs are never pleasant, but Silverlake Automotive makes it as tolerable as possible. I highly recommend them!
