Just getting off work in my car won't start so I look up some of the nearest auto shops the 1st one to pop up is silverlake I go ahead and give him a call just trying to it find out pricing because I think it's my starter. He told me that it doesn't sound like the starter with the noises but it's making over the phone he asks me why not I explain him a couple blocks away he send someone to come help me with my car to find out what is wrong with it and get it started. When the guy gets to me He is so friendly and knowledgeable notices that a cable to my battery is loose runs back to his shop just to get a tool to come back and get my car started for me I have never had somebody go out of their way to help me the way they did.

We’ve been going to Silverlake for years. They always do their best to get us in quickly and do a great job. Staff is very friendly and professional. Always refer our friends and family there.

20 years now! I've taken my vehicles to Will and Fred. My wife's, my daughter and my sons vehicles are in the best of care with my Silverlake team. I'm a Hayden store guy because from the beginning of that store, they are hands down the best. One day years ago, I had a low tire so I dropped into Hayden. Fred took the keys to air it up. A minute later Fred shows me the tire with steel belts showing (big danger) Fred asks if I have a minute, takes the minivan back and puts two tires on the front and hands me the keys and says " No charge! I want your wife and kids to be safe). Now that's a heart issue. It's not about the money or even the business. It's about others first. Oil change in no time at all. Made appointment and they took care of me within 20 min.

I called to have my tire leak checked. Was able to go in tmmediately and staff was friendly and service quick. I have never been disappointed with the care I get at Silverlake.
