Had my truck towed in from spokane to Silverlake because they were the quickest to get me in. Talked to Eric at the counter, very friendly guy. Truck blew a spark plug out the hole. My truck was in and out in just a couple hours to set an insert for a new plug. Was very happy with the service. Got the bill. Not so happy with the price of parts. Parts were marked up pretty steep from what they could be personally bought for. Sorry guys, wish I could give you a 5, but your prices are a little high. Thanks for the great work though! Truck is running like a champ!

The team at Silverlake Automotive is top notch! I was traveling and intentionally waited until I was in CDA to have them do the service on my van. They got me in and took great care of me and my van!

I could smell gas inside the cab every time I drove. I'd taken my car to 2 other very well known shops that were unable to diagnose the culprit. Took it to Silverlake Automotive, Fred and the team diagnosed it quickly and were able to take care of it that morning. They truly care about their customers, I won't be going to any other shop than Silverlake and have no problem referring to them!!

I cannot say enough great things about the services offered. Fast, friendly and reasonably priced. My Jeep started to overheat on the last leg of a cross-crountry trip from Bronx, NY to Bothell, WA. Julia understood our sense of urgency, provided options to get us back on the road once diagnostic was completed; she then gave us ideas for how to spend our time around town while we waited for repairs. Hope I never have to be in this predicament, but if I do...I hope the folks of Silverlake Automotive are there to help.
