Great group of people, very knowledgeable, fun bunch

These guys are GREAT! We broke down a couple of miles away and called to see if they could get our car in that day. We called and they said to bring it any time and we do our best to get your car back to you ASAP. We waited for an hour for the tow, got to Silverlake Automotive in our pajamas and they offered us coffee and water. Julia drove us home in the company car so we didn't have to call a taxi, everyone we knew was at work, this was an awesome help to us. They called us four hours later with a quote on the car and said it might be ready Monday because it was last minute, but nope our care was done Friday at 1:30, we brought it in Thursday mid-morning via two truck. We had a pretty expensive issue with our car and they offered 12 months same as cash financing which was super helpful. This is my new mechanic that I will use for any repairs we need. I can't say enough about how nice the service and staff were to work with. Thanks to you all!

After several attempts of having my vehicle in another shop, Silverlake Automotive was able to correctly diagnose the issue, order the correct parts and execute the repair. It took less than an afternoon, and I was able to get on the road again. I highly recommend these guys.
