Silverlake automotive does excellent work and they communicate with me with texts, emails, and phone calls so I know the status of my vehicle service. I have zero doubts in my mind that they "find" things to repair to increase my cost ticket. This team took care of me with great care. It was the end of the day and my service van broke down. They call a tow truck for me and waited at the shop til we arrived. They didn’t rush anything even though it was literally closing time. They had my van diagnosed shortly after 8am the next day and back on the road by lunch time! Really appreciate them! Honest, timely and reasonable!
