I’ve been going to Silverlake Automotive since 2009. Always treat their customers fairly even when the news about their vehicle isn’t great. I moved 2 years ago to Florida and, on a vacation trip back to Idaho, I had issues with my truck. I brought it in and Julia helped get me back on the road again. I can’t say enough good things about these people!

Brought 2016 Explorer in to get the AC serviced. They did a great job, with timely service and thorough explanation of services. They even caught a cabin air filter that wasn’t checked/replaced by previous business who serviced the AC. Also very friendly staff.
