I needed tires because my tires were tired. My new tires are more tire than my old tired tires. The front counter staff was very helpful in selecting less tired tires.

THIS SHOP... THIS IS THE ONE that almost nearly everyone can agree on is honest, efficient, fair, and friendly! The rumors are true, they are the best! I've had a lot of work done on my old truck, some good some bad (various shops) ... but I was recommended to come here for my next maintenence project and I'm so glad I did. Specifically, the Manager Julia is a Rockstar. Clear communication, fast responses, thorough information, her team was great at taking photos of my trucks concerns, the cost break downs, the reason for needing the services, which ones were most important in order, etc etc.....I could go on and on. It feels good to have a shop I can trust. I drive a 2002 Sierra Duramax and she's a needy girl but a solid Ox, I plan to drive into the ground. Glad someone has my back for the maintenence journey !

We were traveling from North Carolina to Washington state to take my daughter to 4 college Open House visits. My failure to service my cap properly ended up with my engine cutting out, codes being thrown and every single one of my dash lights on! A friend that lives in Ceour d Alene recommended Silverlake Automotive. We took the car for a diagnostic and the news was grim. Metal flakes in the oil. Jordan said we had 2 options. We can try a Dynamic oil change and it might work. If it doesn’t work, we need to replace the engine. Or we can just replace the engine without trying the Dynamic. I spoke with my husband and we opted to try the Dynamic first. We rented a car in the meantime for a week, to get us back home just in case. The next day, I received an email stating the Dynamic oil Change worked and my car was ready to be picked up! Thank you Silverlakes Automotive! We appreciate your promptness, honesty, and the time you took to work on the car!
