I just returned from the Silver Lake Automotive facility on Hanley Avenue. I had set up an appointment for 8 this morning and dropped the vehicle off on time. At 10 this morning, I returned to check on.the vehicle as I hadn't heard from them and it hadn't been moved. I went in to find out what was going on and asked what was the point of having an appointment. I was told that "it saves me a bay". OBVIOUSLY NOT" I retrieved my keys and left. Apparently, my time is meaningless at this place of business. Is yours? Update: I spoke with one of the owners, [Julia] and she said that this will be addressed.
