They are by far the BEST at what they do. I go to them with every car issue and have always felt respected and welcomed.. as a woman, some places I have gone..either try to sell me more than what I need or are condescending and treat me as someone who doesnt know what I am doing. Personnel very pleasant and helpful. Had a quote for tires and after all was said and done, it was less than the quote. What is not to like about that? We are pleased with the shop and will return when necessary maintenance is needed.

Silverlake is amazing!! The people are friendly and good at communicating what’s going on with your vehicle. I never felt pressured to spend more than I needed to on additional services that my vehicle wasn’t due for or doesn’t need, which was huge to me. I’ve always been a do-it-yourself type of person, but Silverlake definitely proved to me that I can trust them with my vehicles for jobs that I can’t do myself.
