Have used Silverlake Automotive as my go to mechanical fixers for my car. They were highly recommended by several friends. They have never disappointed me with their work. Great personnel to deal with!

Took my truck into Silver Lake for a routine oil change and had a problem with the service. Julia the Manager quickly addressed the problem apologized for the inconvenience and made good on promised services. You wouldn't normally see a 5 star review when there was a problem, but Silver Lake stands behind their service, quality, and their word. We are taking are vehicles there moving forward. I waited to post this review since we wanted to see how things were after a second service, they were excellent. Thank you Silver Lake Auto.

I have used silverlake auto for the past several years. Although they are not the cheapest (mostly keeping with industry standard pricing for the area) they are one of the most honest and trustworthy shops in town. Having a 14 year old vehicle they still give me the pros and cons of each recommended item for repair on my vehicle and don't pressure me into choosing the most expensive option. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

I had a great experience at Silverlake. I had previously taken my vehicle to a certified dealer, and after 7 days the dealership still had not diagnosed the problem. Silverlake got me an appointment in a timely manner, diagnosed and corrected the issue that day and returned my vehicle promptly. They also provided a diagnosis of other items on my truck that need service soon. I will definitely return.
