Both the business and customer service group are excellent! Their professionalism shines! The one area where I'd have liked to see improvement was with the LONG list of additional items they reported that need to be taken care of would have been better received had they shared which service needs addressed first, second, third and so on. With the priority list, the cost of each service or at least the approximate costs so that I could plan my budget to address them would be appreciated. With this consideration toward the customer, this service would be complete.
