While driving to work my check engine light came on, and my truck went into limp mode on I90! Called the local dealer and they were 5 weeks out. I have heard good things about Silverlake automotive so on a chance they could help me out, I called. Karissa answered and said no problem at all they work on late model trucks all the time and I had an appointment within 4 days. Dropped my truck off Friday morning (Labor Day weekend) and by Tuesday. (They were closed Fri-Mon for the holiday) Karissa called and said my truck was fixed. they processed my extended warranty. You can't ask for better service than that. Thank you, Karissa, and team you rock!

Great service right from the start. I was greeted by all 3. Karisa was very nice as my shuttle driver and the one I signed out with. Techs did a very good job from what I've seen so far Great Job Silverlake Auto!
