I called Silver Lake automotive. I told him that I was having troubles with my car. Jordan offered to help after he got off work. He came by and removed my battery for my car. Then took it to AutoZone to get a replacement. When he returned with the battery, he put it back into my car and connected it back up. It started up. He was very helpful.

Took my truck into Silver Lake for a routine oil change and had a problem with the service. Julia the Manager quickly addressed the problem apologized for the inconvenience and made good on promised services. You wouldn't normally see a 5 star review when there was a problem, but Silver Lake stands behind their service, quality, and their word. We are taking are vehicles there moving forward.
