Had a really damaged car that I had been driving for while and took it into these guys. Jordan at the front was great, didn’t embarrass me about my car like other shops do. Young guy but he knew his stuff. Just got straight to point and got my car fixed. Didn’t even have to talk to the actual mechanic because he was so knowledgeable. Was back on the road in a few days. I Came in to get my 60k service done on my vehicle and everyone in the establishment was truly outstanding. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help out and answer any questions or concerns I had. The fellow with the AMAZING mustache (i forgot is name) kept me informed on everything going on and gave me all the details on what was recommended for the service and future service.

My truck broke down while on vacation in CDA from Arizona and I had to get it fixed quickly. The Nissan dealership was two weeks out from being able to look at my truck, several other mechanics I contacted were equally or even further out from looking at it. Ryan said that he could take a look at it as soon as possible but admitted it could be a few days. Ryan actually looked at it immediately after it was towed to Silverlake. He assessed the problem and had the work finished the next day. I can't thank him enough for the service and his professionalism. He stayed in constant contact with me throughout and I was able to get back on the road quickly. Thank you, Ryan!

The crew here was always kind, and didn’t mind odd requests even if it meant evacuating my AC system twice over because I wanted to try and work on it myself. The guys in the shop definitely know what they’re doing and now my car is blowing cold air! Thanks Silverlake Automotive!!

Great experience! We were broken down and from out of town and they got us in same day. Price ended up being less than half of what they quoted once they got in there and were able to do it for less. Cannot say enough good about this place.
