Made an appointment for a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle we are considering. Jordan was the service advisor and he made it very easy to set up and explained how it worked over the phone. When the day of the appointment came, I took the vehicle in and the team got to work on it right away. Jordan and Julia were especially gracious listeners as I bent their ear for quite a while talking automotive things. My future business will be coming here!

I have never had a single bad experience with Silverlake. First off Jordan, and the entire mechanic team are absolutely top tier. Anyone who's been going to a mechanic for a while sometimes you just get parts that are DOA. It happens and never once have I had to fight them on it. They warranty replace the part snd thats it, no arguing no swindling. Thats rare these days.

Jordan was my service advisor, he did an incredible job giving me all the information necessary and options for my vehicle. My 2010 ram 1500 blew a hole in the heater core and leaked coolant into the cab. I took it to Silvelake for an inspection and they provided me with a thorough report including photos and pricing for all items required to repair the vehicle. They recommended multiple items needing addressed that would be cost saving for me to take care of including the heater core and evaporator that also had a leak, while the dash was already out. I ended up having another non related issue a few days later and called Silverlake again for a repair and they graciously picked up my vehicle for me and had me in and out the following day. Awesome experience, and highly recommend this location.
