It is rare anymore to find a company that provides both competent service and the willingness to take the time to explain the problem and options to fix the problem in easy to understand terms. As far as I am concerned, Silverlake takes top honors in our area.

Probably the best mechanic/shop experience I have had so far. Very professional and did not try to upsale me on anything. They promptly notified me of the challenges they had found and left it up to me on how to proceed. So many times shops will try to upsale you on every little thing that needs to be done on your vehicle and like most people, I am on a fairly strict budget and need some time to get all of the repairs done. They fixed what needed to be done immediately and then suggested some other things that would need to be done down the road. A great experience!
