I recently took my Pacifica in for some needed mechanicalrepairs. I was immediately greeted by name by well trained, polite, professional staff in a sparkling clean facility. The work was performed as explained, on time and at the cost quoted. No one likes car repairs, but Silver Lake Tire & Auto found the problem and fixed it before it became a major expense. On a previous visit, I had an alternator replaced that after about a month was apparently defective. In the middle of a snowstorm, I "almost" made it back to Silverlake's location when my truck started showing signs of alternator failure. I called Fred, told him I was just around the corner and my truck was dead. He promptly had a technician come over and tow me back to the shop. The next morning, I had a new alternator in my truck and it was covered completely under warranty. I appreciate the help getting my truck into the shop and the professionalism of Fred and all of the staff. I'm a very pleased customer.
