I must say this was the BEST auto mechanic experience ever! I never give 5 stars. Julia’s comprehensive explanation in lamen terms was quite impressive; along w/ her exceptional customer service care. Eli (mechanic) matched w/ his skilled work on my “Lexi” ( Lexus IS250). They have a customer for the duration of my time here in CDA, IDAHO. While a family member expressed the service I rec’d was “pricey”, I say it was worth every penny. KUDOS to the entire staff at Silverlake Automotive; keep up the great work.

They always do good work. They offer up rides to and from the shop if you're local and communicate well the status of the vehicle. I even had a situation where the repair wasn't what was expected and they immediately got down to business to make it right. No hassles or hidden up charges. I highly recommend this shop. I do most of my business at their location on Hanley but they replicate their efforts at all their shops. They're not the cheapest but quality never is. The time I save not having to come back for missed issues or shoddy work is absolutely worth the cost. If you want cheap, waste your time amd ultimately your money at some other business. If you want quality that will last and save you time hit up Silverlake Automotive!
