I have been a regular customer at Silverlake Automotive for many years. I am always recommending them to my friends and acquaintances. What I like is that they are there for me. They do a thorough inspection of the vehicle each time it is in for service and then explain what they have found out in very understandable language. Fred Meyers, the customer service manager, is interested in caring for me the customer and my vehicle needs. Integrity and honesty are the two words that I use to describe my impression of this great business.

I have taken my car here twice; both times under emergency circumstances. They did a wonderful job working with me over the phone to get my car towed in and taken care of. They are upfront and honest about the car issues, and didn't try to add on any unnecessary repairs. I would recommend them to people looking for an efficient, honest mechanic in the Coeur d'Alene area, and I will definitely take my own vehicles there again.

Silverlake Automotive is a great business. Very thorough repairs, and the employees are always polite and keep you up to date on what's going on with your car. If you want a nice experience with a repair shop for a change, I would recommend Silverlake.
